which sands of times ushered us to feel a need to rush
and begin our family who from birth canal
both girls did easily slide.
We twirled and waltzed each other all thru the night
unaware that the live band ceased playing music on stage
and kept pirouetting until the dawn of morning light
that memorable occasion forthwith we both felt a new page
of our respective lives would be filled
with storied joy from this brave knight
and willing lass, whose immediate camaraderie
we did immediate gauge
in whose brown eyes excitement did alight
at the prospect for blissful happiness
and offspring no matter her “advanced” age.
