stuck in thought, worried, not concentrating...
feeling like I’m about to lose...
society telling me that I have to choose...
rhythm or blues,
it’s not black or white, decision getting hard...
not right so I stand guard, marred...
I stand alone so I’m not married...
baggage I carried...
no time to waste so I buried, the ring...
no one watched but they see,
and say the best things in life are not for me...
who am I to disagree...
this is not my will but my decree...
