then next you know they have
passed away
Its not like you can say I will
get a new friend the next or
another day
A deep void is left behind
your whole routine has changed
your whole meaning of life is gettin
rearranged
Made me feel good inside
to hear from an old friend
from way back when
Been a while but we didnt miss
a beat
thats how it is when old
friends meet
