As I type and write my heart begins to cry,
This is part of my fate,
Powerfull words I read and say,
To impact the communities who are dust and crumbled,
To help those people who in darkness have always stumbled,
I give you my heart of poetry this will always be apart of me,
This is the peace I've been trying to seek,
The heart of poetry takes away the part of me that's meek,
Makes me feel strong to overcome anything,
The time we spend wasting, the lifestyles we stay faking,
It's time to call it out because I have run out of patience,
We're so lost as a people that we don't even notice,
This heart of poetry will open your eyes,
From the disguise, we try and hide behind,
I share my heart to the lost,
As the found try to bring their people to the ground,
The heart of poetry brings peace from all unnecessary things we seek, The true heart will forever be poetry
