We hold in pain even when it kills slowly
It's so hard to let go of the bad in our life we make holy
As the good fades, we fall back on the bad
The tears that make us sad
We let ourselves die slowly
We blame ourselves yet its not our fault
The pain we let in freely is better caught
Death comes slow cause pain always has a cost
Pain, pain you have no power
We give you the credit you don't deserve
Why is torture so easy to have yet our happiness is earned
Pain you are life's curse the devils spawn at work
As we go through life I gain control
Of the things I have lost
As death slowly comes to the pain
I will always embrace
