it's not Okay to feel a certain
way walk around and don't say
don't let it lay if you can't sleep
like a deep septic suppurate
wound festering clogging up
the heart stinking up thoughts
like decomposed corpses
we all have different ways to
go about getting stuff out
evacuating to make vacancies
coz holding stuff in feels like
pregnancies it can lead to
terminal disease that may be
fatal so it's normal to let go
who' said we have no right
to lose control I mean if we
harm none in the process
of unblocking the flow
why do we bottle stuff up
like pharmacist counting pills
why do we go live counting bills
living next door to those who kill
why are we in a rush to die
could it be we're really that tired
that change can't come fast enough
why are we giving up is it coz
the other side has won again
we don't say we keep it in
then one day we explode
into a diabolical astronomical
volcano eruption causing chaos
mayhem and destruction
before that happens we must
do something about what we're
holding inside we must find
a way to vent and rant until
we can't without violence
or committing suicide this
is why we cannot be silent
this is not time it's a greater time
than its ever been to be heard even
if no ones listening to a word
