Of strong delusions.
Infatuated with a fantasy,
But it was just my imagination
Running away with me.
Now it has left me alone stranded.
In the arms of a familiar stranger.
To a one night affair.
Such travesty of romance!
Now bound with shamful regrets.
But I must digress...
Lust... may be as sweet as candy
Upon the eyes.
But strong drink...
Is like poison to the soul...
