The sweet sun smiled down on the glistering
Green grass; moist winds and waving damp
Leaves silently applauded the scenic day.
Out over the distant mountains
A rainbow arched the sapphire sky:
Light revealed in all its hued happiness.
Here in all the darkness of pandemic times
Nature canvases a collage of hope, peace and
Love reflecting the vast beauty of God’s creations.
Praises be for this beautiful day the Lord has made;
Let us rejoice and be glad that yesterday has passed
And tomorrow is coming to end all that should not be!
Indeed, let us be as nature in our preparations
To bring about a tomorrow that improves what was
And ensure that it becomes an even better yesterday.
