I live
I broke breathe today and it was a fantastic experience
And then I quickly followed with the slow unfolding of my eyelids
and born into my eyes was a world full of hopes
And in my waking - they were full of dreams too
I heard a soft whisper that said
"Today is full of hope and you are the force that brings it forward"
To my benefit, the whisper was my words being spoken
And I affirmed something today
Just as I affirmed it the day before and the one before that
Just as I will affirm it tomorrow
I live for the opportunity for better living
