Sitting here in paradise
Untouched by Man
Untouched by unnecessary violence
Negativity seems to fade away
A place I long to be
With just me
Far from reality
Rejuvenating my creativity
Getting away for a moment
A moment of stress free
Away from the shootings
The crying
The hate
The dying
Close my eyes in meditation
Clearing out the fumigation
Getting back to an appreciation
Of how it should be
Sitting at the edge of the land
Mother Nature's moistness wetting the sand
The wind massaging my skin
Igniting power within
Sitting in solitude
Has me in a carefree mood
Away from reality
Enjoying pure natural beauty
Just letting me be ME
