It’s circumcising parts of the flesh
Ridding whatever keeps you from being your best
Not allowing the expression of others interpretation of you to become your identity
Especially when you’re unable to maintain and/or shift your thoughts toward positivity
Learning to embrace the consequences of poor choices made
Truly believing you’ll receive grace
It’s adhering to that still quiet voice
That’s telling you to consider and choose the most wise choice
