My mind speeds into tomorrow as
The slow pace of today drags on.
Yet, I know that each tomorrow
Will have its today—waning to become
A yesterday—for each day has its past,
Present, and future; so is the daying
In our liberation struggle. Thus, let us
Ever keep daily eyes focused on the prize.
Yesterday has come and gone, and
Its tomorrow is today, and our echo
Shall overcome, must be likewise, today:-
