Never in all my cut up
days on earth
thought pills would dictate
my very birth
All those care free days
that I live and lived
gave it to life all I
could give
enjoying life playing sports
up to a nice old age
Yes I been around a lot
of years
I was always blessed
just never
had any health fears
but now at that age
stage(dont believe the big lie
age is just a number) when things
begin to change
its like the whole body
has rearranged
find myself going having to
go to the Doc
active mind early mornin
woke
lookin at the clock
start goin over in my mind
which pill to jump on
once out of bed
This athletic body now
just
a vessel of a pill box
Got me on a regular schedule
reorder
regular schedule going
and sayin
