Today, my heart is in painful agony:-
In the swiftness of skewed justice
The Oppressor Syndrome is well at work;
Seemingly highlighting the abominable effect
It has yet demonstrated upon its victims—
Self-inflicted oppressive destruction:
One Black man killed by six Black policemen
Whose lives are now forever ruined:-
The irony—White policemen kill Black people
All the time and are justifiably exonerated---
The excruciating irony is that we Blacks
Must now pray for several Black families
Who sons are victims of the Oppressor Syndrome:
Oppressive Blacks doing their oppressor’s work.
The ultimate irony is the racist swiftness of “justice”.
Let us continue to pray for divine wisdom and guidance
As we continue on the battlefield for equity in justice:-
