in the midst of the climb bear in mind should you falloff there's no net to catch you before you hit rock bottom and death awaits you when you hit rock bottom and the darkest place on earth is rock bottom rock bottom is anxiety stress and trauma rock bottom is a journey within rock bottom is a wake up call we all can't stay on top some of us falloff after hitting our lowest point our situation can only get better rock bottom is a place for us to recover from falling off
