I use to have friends
but what's a friend nowadays???
They have all drifted apart,
and gone their separate ways!!
They use to come around,
Use to hang, and
make time to call, but
the times have changed,
now, they don't even come
around at All.
There was a time there
were great friends,
The ones that were so dear,
but, they are no longer around,
as if they had disappeared
I use to have friends
but what's a friend nowadays???
Circumstances have
separated us all,
So, I'll just reminisce on
the Happier Days!!
