In the ocean of mind, still waters of thoughts
Deeply run;
Boarding these thoughts on the spiritual ship
Of faith,
Let our heart’s rutter sail us on the waves of
Frothing hope:-
Peacefully arriving and docking at the wharf of
Healing grace,
Let us timely proceed to unload our cargo of
Dismaying pain;
Rejoicing in humbling praise, let’s Give Our God
The Glory For safe anchoring:-
Yes—in this present life—we still have ocean writers
To cross:-
But praise Almighty God, and the Ancestors, ours know
No Middle Passages;
And in the waterfalls we may experience, the Savior will
Always buoy us up:-
