not everyone has a gun but everyone has a trigger I say this because any day any time any place any where you might come across or cross the line of someone pushed beyond their limit fed up pissed off down to their last straw let's say their fresh out ain't got no mo straws but got a gun and quick to draw and you did or said something to tick 'em off we all have something that we know can easily set us off but we can't expect everyone else to know what that something is this is what makes the world a dangerous place to live in every day you have to figure out different ways to stay alive the objective is to keep moving forward and survive with every stride and not be victimize the pendulum swings both ways side to side our next move could be suicide read the room read the signs these are the times to be extra cautious and very careful not to put our self in a avoidable position for someone else to decide whether we live or die and we must take extra precautionary measures to keep our cool under pressure we all going through an emotional tunnel some stopped somewhere in the middle refusing to go any further waiting to stop you in your tracks cut you off at the path and head you off at the pass you need to know to look out for that you may already know this but you hearing it again I hope it sinks in

First And Foremost (10102025)I can't say you broke my heart it was already broke you gave me false hope I believed in us thought you believed in us too when the covenant broke I found out it wasn't true I never cried so much in my life since the time my heart first broke it had me at the end of my rope couldn't cope acting like I'm on dope everyday I wrote to stay afloat only a poet knows it's better when it flows like tears throughout the years threw out the old me no longer feel like you owe me an explanation for sinking the relation ship and ruining the situation we had I no longer feel bad I'm good better than you thought I would ever be I was foolish to think you would never leave me high and dry without supplies left for dead still survived only God knows how I rise too resilient to feel the pain but still sometimes I feel the strain it feels strange but not too intense to complain |
Too Close To The Sun (10102025)awhile back people were going on about the rapture I don't know what gave them the idea it was going to happen then I'm wise enough to say I don't know what's going on but what if it did happen like a dream that we completely forgotten upon waking maybe it already or did happen and what we're experiencing is symptoms of being left behind and those who thought they were going to be invited up to have hot tea and toasty crumpets in the sky were simply delusional at the time |

Got The Drop (10082025)I was visited by what appeared to be a wasp wearing a very nice yellow jacket I killed it at once it took me by surprise I don't know how it got inside I stood silently by put my jitters aside then calculated a plan with a spay bottle in my hand saturated its wings then put out its little light before it had a chance to jab me multiple times I had no empathy I showed no sympathy I knew its capability the moment I posed a threat I would get stung repeatedly and suffer a painful inflamed response |
Leaving The Center (10082025)like a spiral the end is the beginning of another cycle swirling in a whirlpool spinning in a tropical cyclone inside a iphone trying to get to the clear warm center away from the brutal eyewall where the wind is too strong to hold on for long in this circular emotion lashed out but didn't crash out no doubt burnt out whelmed out submerged in the current can't swim out to try is suicide it's a powerful tide to surf on pulled under the surface out of control out of hand carried along drug in the sand dunked in the deep back on shore again stranded in a isolated place like a castaway who survived a terrible ceaseless turbulence |
