taking mental health breaks are very important and self therapeutic it's wise to know when to checkout and check in we adults no longer have to go in the house when someone yells for us to come inside we're on our own we decide when it's time and sometimes our decisions aren't on our side growing up is like a tide sometimes we have to tell ourselves SHUT UP, SIT DOWN, STOP we have to tell ourselves NO! wisdom knows what to do when it's time to do what one should do life consistently presents the same potholes wait time cancellations and delays until we truly understand the underlying lesson difficult situations aren't coincidences or punishment
it's the voice of our mother's telling us "SIT YOUR A** down somewhere
