I love America (But she don't love me)

The other day I seen a well worn pick up truck proudly bearing a bumper sticker

AMERICA LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT !

Those words washed over me like high tide

America left me a long time ago

A bruised used bride left at the altar

Yanky doodle dandy deserted me

Alone to fend for myself

This love affair hurts

Abusers always ask do you love me after billy club confessions

Say the pledge of allegiance with a black eye

A love hate relationship

She loves hating me

Red White and Brutal

Our legacy dangles from old oak trees

They strectched our necks on Sundays the Lords day

America buries the living and dead in mass graves

Folded flags with pligrims piety

Some wear America on their ring finger

Married to the alibi and broken vows

She loves me

She loves me not

Pulling skin flavored petals from fragile flowers

She loves me for what i do for her

Pimp me with propaganda

I embraced her bullets

I embraced her beliefs

She told told me she loved me

Why do fools fall in love

A marriage made in murder

She killed me with a kiss..
