Just Holding it down

No it is not easy, but

It takes a lot of work, 

I am talking down to the bones,

At times, it can really hurt, 

 

But I can not give up now,

I got to continue to strive,

I got to put in the hours,

So that I can keep Hope alive,

 

I am Using all resources,

in order to survive,

I refuse to let it take me under,

So, Please help me to revive,

 

I will just KEEP holding it down, and 

CONTINUE doing what I can,

I will not fall down on my knees,

With strength, I will continue to stand

 

I'VE Gone through hell and High waters,

Different emotions, tears and sorrows,

I am not gonna wave that white flag,

I WILL SEE MY TOMORROW, 

 

OF ALL of THE HURT AND PAIN 

My TRIES, MY LOST, AND MY GAINS,

THE FIGHT, NO IT IS NOT OVER,

ON SOLID GROUND IS WHERE I REMAIN,

 

SO, I WILL CONTINUE TO

KEEP TRUDGING ON 

EVEN WITH NO HELP AROUND,

THIS IS A FIGHT TO THE FINISH,

TO JUST KEEP HOLDING IT ON DO
