A letter to me 10 years later

Your Bones are just a crackin, and The Energy is just a lackin, You done lost your mind, Just about to go blind, Because 10 years before to you wasn't kind, Your joints are sore and You're weak in the knees You are starting to really age Your Slowing down and Fatigued Pains are setting in your lower Back, and All over your body and that's just whack, Take your time and don't get sidetracked Your mind is almost gone and your becoming Forgetful You miss your youthful days, Getting older is so Regretful!!! but Sooner or later you knew that it would come Because 10 years of aging no it isn't fun Yoir Just sitting reminiscing of what you used to do amd now your body says IT'S OVER got you feeling sad and blue You are moving much slower, You are getting  a lot older Go get your heating blanket Cos you feeling more colder Your are going to sleep earlier and Taking day naps You used to be a night owl, but you stop doing that I wanted to forewarn you from 10 years to this day, If you think it's bad right now, What was mentioned is on the way!!!
