Memory Lane

I can't walk down memory lane, I don't want the trauma of the past to remain, memories of the essence, I don't want to visit again, cos, if I do the only thing I will feel is pain, the pain of all that happened, that happened in the past, I don't want the memories to fester, to fester, resurface and last, So, I try to forget and don't contemplate, but think of happier times, and let that generate and when I do, I'm not sad and blue, a time that I shall appreciate!!!
