Crossing the Street

She spoke to me from across the street

A, language I don't quite understand

Miss I, I don't know what to call her

Because I'm just sampling her essence

Such a

Sweet aroma hold up where's my phone?

I'm locked in,

Key in the ignition ready to go.

The automobiles form a formidable phalanx

And show no concern for my ambition

But I'm on a mission,

Can't they see a man on fire?

Burning up inside out,

She's gotta feel my desire.

Some things are too good to be true.

And I don't mean to be rude but...

"Hey girl! Miss! Miss! Wait up!"

Side-stepping the cars

They, parallel my thoughts.

Dodging realities

Avoiding casualties

I shouldn't be so, reckless with my heart.

Horns.. Honks..

Vicious...Thoughts...

And I'm shielded by the presence of an angel.

Or the auro of a devil in disguise.

I'm not sure and I don't care

To be fair,

Her entourage doesn't seem too impressed

Though I could, care less

I shouldn't be so, careless with my words

Lips... Curves....

Eyes... Your...

Words are smooh like honey

And you're thicker than molasses,

Excuse my crassness, I'm just having flashes

Of You... And me..

My queen... To be...

And I just crossed the street

To meet

Posibbly the last woman I'll ever cross the street to meet.
