You found out the truth
I apologize for my lies
I just couldn’t tell you the truth
I remember I once told you
That I would never do anything to hurt you
Something got in the way and changed everything
Blocking my view from seeing my love was true
I slipped…and fell in a hot tub of lust
The steam fogged up my mind from thinking of us
I cheated on you that much we know is true
I wish I could take this pain from you
This would have never came true
If you would have just believed the lies I told you
