Raindrops tapping on my window trying its best to gain my attention
Stormy weather just stopped by to say hello I suppose
I ignore it hoping it takes the hint and leaves me alone
But it persistently attempts to send its greeting
The more I ignore it, it gets more and more angry
The thunder roars threatening to start an argument with me
It just wants to be heard and noticed
But I'm so afraid too scared to acknowledge it
I don't want to risk getting struck down and soaked
Washed away and left feeling cold
Precipitation is the devil
The sky is gloomy
Depressing
Dark
The forecast always wins
