Alone at times
I can feel your pain
Your soul drips toxic feeling onto me
I wish I could help
Alleviate your tortured soul
It’s so cold
Broken and shattered
Your logic falters
Living by cold hard facts
You neglect to see the truth of life
How you are blessed
And though things fall apart
At the seams

Even when we argue to the extreme

Swallow your pride

Practice gratification
Ignore past choice you made then
Learn to believe in
Realize the strength within
Express who you are
Push the poison away from your lips
See life for what it is
Beautiful but at times sad
But through all the madness
You can embrace acceptance
Understanding
Let happiness happen
Banish destructive thoughts
Casting them out
Replacing them with laughter
Childish banter
Whatever you feel
Deep within you
Let the positive feeling
Overwhelm you
Lock all anxiety behind a door
And through away the key
Learning something new
Just be you
There are no rules
No guides to tell you what to do
Listen to your inner voice
What does it tell you to do?
Make sure the words are positive too
And remember when things clear
I will always be here
Never give up the battle
For something better
Happiness is for anyone
And you will have some
And you may think you strange
But to me you are the same

If you want you can change
Release the toxic people
Treasure them no more
They were never for
The uplift of your self
