Like a victim of Parkinson diseaseHe left me alone And disorientedMy heart is cutOn this broken frameOf our loveNo longer picture perfectHe stepped into to the pastWith no intention of returningHe told me he would only look forwardI didn't know promises had an expiration dateHe milked my love Now Its spoiledHis ex possessed the vital ingredientsTo make his heat beatI told himHe could start from scratch with meHe accepted the invitationAnd promised not to look backI didn't know promises had an expiration date.
