I have written you a letter that
comes straight from my heart, but I couldn't
send it so I ripped it apart. There are so
many things I need for you to know, but
I won't bother you, I'll just let you go.
I have written so many letters that
I hoped someday you would see, but the
reason that you didn't was me. In the
trash they found their unwanted place,
I look at them now as tears run down my
heartbroken face.
Maybe if you had read them, you
would have come to me to stay, but now
because of all those unread letters you
have gone away.
To you my love there are so many things I now wish I
had said, but as always I wrote them in letters that you
have never read.
Unread letters are all I seem to write,
writing unread letters by a dim candle light.
No more to you, I know it
isn't right, to you my love no more
unread letters I will write.
