Shroud covering intermittent flows
Flush in conditions, a rose still grows
In repose, awaiting her love throes to subside
Her beauty in real time, just seems so alive
Cast down in luminescent quickening
Every night I look up as she glimpses back
Enticing a romance of by chance sight seeing
Totally mesmerized by her light body beaming
Reflected upon oceans and seas, splashing want
Need is in my need to fully be her possessor
The choice is confirmed by a stare following me
As my animal extinct is on display in full disclosure
She is a woman of both light and mysterious dark hues
As her face is periodically hidden as I too search for news
Silhouetting scenes from different views , her sheen akin to mine
Rejected only in times of facing my darkest nights alone
Only to return, forever forgiving, and always polite in observations
I rejoice at her gravitational electricity igniting my inclinations
As this romantic dance we have danced thousands of fortnights before
A Goddess of Promise, foretelling me yet again my love has survived!
