one time I wore a family reunion T-Shirt
didn't know not one of those people
sometimes life can dress you like that
depress you like that
stress you like that
bring you down so low
trying to make a move
looking around, no where to go
anyone who ever been down
know that down is the only
point of return for a comeback
I've been back so many times
might as well nail a cross to my back
just because things get heavy
don't mean that they carry weight
you're much more stronger than that
I was stronger than that too
with so much life ahead of me
I had to live longer than that
in order to overcome what I was
going through once we are gone
there is no looking back, so look ahead
