Faces of the Wind

Seeing faces sculpt in clouds

Wind script written in Braille

Sung by the trees and earth
crashing waves on rocky seashores

with blue skies looking back out to us
as if kindred spirits seeing sparks of recognition in life
...beyond walking the tightrope of the flesh covered boundaries of our minds
a more closely balanced sense of being with fine points of reflection
turning cartwheels towards us like the sparkling sunlight
leaping towards us like sails of waves whipped to a frenzy

White capped legions in motion

Spread across the waters surface

During the momentary glimpse of eternity

With emotions we might have all once shared

As our souls passion achieves ignition

...we become balanced from within

Even if, one heartbeat at a time...

Synchronized by nature's empathic pulse

Being bathed continually by celestial light

Awakening something at our core

An essential rhythm of life

Once more finding ourselves like birds

Making ritual migrations

Finding comfort in one another's company

While reaching optimum organizational efficiency

Harboring our discrete beliefs without malice

In naturalistic harmonious formations

Hovering in sustained flight
ripples in effect teasing us onward...

Our songs giving us reassurances

Being expressed by concentric inversions

Becoming wound ever more tightly

Within the ever closing circles
playing in hidden places

Gradually revealing

The simple truths

...believing our eyes
our minds pouring freely within

Overflowing with forgotten memories

We have saved among us
pleased to have another time

To be free to dance
...within the light
