its so nice out outside
nobodys playing their music loud
i can hear the birds chirping
sitting high in the trees
as the sun gleams through the window pain
i can see them up in the branches
hidden amongst the leaves as they shimmer
and sway to subtle rhythmic music of the winds multiple dances
goodness gracious
oooh weee its nice outside
like right before summer
but right after spring
i just might fix me a cold glass of ice tea
and step out on the back porch
where in the heck is my lighter at?
oh yea and i cant forget the fly swatter
even though its meant for the mosquitos
light it up and just sit back and relax
watch as it becomes like a dream
one of them may just come and land in your hand
