The need to be successful
Is my heirloom and creed
To inspire my seed
To dream and believe
In her self-determination and talent to succeed
Not for fortune or fame, accolades, material things or greed
But simply because she can and has a desire to feed
An insatiable drive within to be the best that she can be
And years from now when I'm long gone and she thinks of me
She'll have the love, health, and wealth to be totally free
