At times like Thanksgiving
we really should reflect on
thanks given
Just as easy could be you
with no shelter
many are just a pay check away
from there
Folks sleeping on bus stop benches
all wrapped up in clinches
sleeping out there in the park
unsafe cold and dark
hurts me to see them wandering
the streets
possesions on their back
Homeless looking for shelter
possibly get a bed
somewhere to rest their
head
Help them if you can
even if its only one or two
you will be blessed for
all you do
after all iits gettin colder darker earlier
