Apropos the Yokes of Life
The load of time
weighs heavy
on the yokes of life:
Unshelled—Shelled.
Burdened: and now innocence
of the children is preyed upon—
Life failed to root itself.
Janus face war moguls genuflect.
Craving forgiveness, they yet
sing praises to their own necessity:
Overseeing it all, time watches
as it moves onward…
