Low down dirty dog liar by nature,

Accusation, allegations lovers’ prosecutions murder thy heart.

Burning sensation of the fire deep within,

Rumbling, roaring on the peak of explosion.

Conquest of many difficult indeed divide conquer,

Wanting to succeed believe to achieve dreams.

             Music.

Very few think of writers,

Even fewer thinks of poets.

We can all agree that art is:

              Beautiful,

              Unique,

             Creative.

The art of poetry is amazing.

The beauty lies in:

            The flow of the words,

          The emotion in the piece,

My Vices

My Vices

Everyone has their vice. You can’t say. I’m not an addicted! You think because you don’t drink, smoke, or snort you’re not an addicted? Ha! Ha! Aren’t you funny! Something has a hold on you, calling your name. Got your body begging, pleading for one more taste. One more touch.  One more stop.

            For me it’s:  Pepsi and pack of Kool menthol 100s that calls my name. Something about the caffeine and nicotine gives me a rush I can’t explain. They each have a hold on me so tight. Their grip can’t be broken. Even if I wanted to be freed. I know it’s a risk, a danger. I apologize for the pollution.

The two together relieves my stress. Inhale, exhale now swallow that caffeine. They have this calming effect like no other. Please don’t misunderstand or take this as encouragement.

The stress I feel,

Writing is my passion,

Releases my soul,

A place for all my crazy thoughts,

Where my secrets lie,

And not a he?

Because she’s sneaky,

Creep up on you,

When you least expect,

Seeks revenge,

 Right the wrongs.

KILLER WOMEN

A woman should be soft and graceful,

Strong and nurturing,

Loving and caring,

But so many are heartless,

Can destroy a life,

Just as easy as she can give life.

Blame her destruction,

On hardships and heartbreaks,

Not realizing her family didn’t fall apart,

Because a man walked away.

It fell apart,

Because she stopped being a woman,

She stopped believing in the struggle,

Stopped caring and nurturing her children,

Too busy playing detective,

Following his deceit,

Has weaken her,

Crippled her from reaching her full potential,

Making her the killer she is today.
