These past couple of months,

Have been something,

Opening my eyes,

I see the world for what it is,

You’ll know who’s real,

When your world turns upside down,

Struggling never been anything new,

I was raise in the struggle,

Growing up in the ghetto,

You know how it is,

These past few months,

Have been something,

I learned a lot,

By being on the streets,

Everyday is a lesson,

Always eager to learn,

Never giving up,

Depending on the situation,

I should reconsider, 

I been through so many mistakes,

I made some myself,

Nobody said I was perfect,

I don’t regret any of it,

Fighting to get out the struggle,

Ready for anything,

I going to make it,

Believing in me or not,

I’m allowing you to sleep on me,

I’m self motivated,

I believe in myself,

Bring the challenge, 

I’ll bring the gloves,

I’ll overcome anything that comes my way,

That’s my will power,

In this world all I have is me,

Waking up from a dream,

Walking into reality,

Hello real world,

It’s me.
