What these bullets want from a trigga?

Always thought I’d own a gat when I was bigger 

Ended up being fat and cash strapped go figure!

So now I refrain from tobacco, firearms and liquor

Eating fast food I noticed that I was slowly getting sicker

Saw the flame of my life start to flicker 

So I worked out, cut back red meat and increased my greens

Encouraged my support system to do the same thing

Saved money and my life with discipline and decisions 

To prevent pills, bills, and incisions

Loans, operations, and prescriptions are a form of incarceration 

Get your mind and body right and punish them with your lack of participation

And don’t be ashamed of your spirit’s manifestation

Walk, bike, run, swim

Weights, push-ups, sit-up, no gym

Stretch, meditate, read, write and pray
