An intelligent mind... casting streams of echoes

converges on the gathering place

navigating shifting dimensions, altenating gradients

analyzing sensory signals, moving and grooving ...

sliding around obstacles, maneuvering to find space

changing configuations of flight surfaces

defecting off currents, rising on thermal updrafts

altering glide paths, climbing/falling to a sustained orbit 

towards discrete destinations.

mind-bending, blending matter-energy and minds

calling beyond time To ancestral beings as much like us as not

Spirits drawn together, for moments like this

collecting thoughts, transmissions of their life-force

making conversations in controlled bursts to all others 

whose...

Like… isn’t there somewhere else you ought to be

Call lightning Cry out thunder 

Watching you 
put your fingers on the scales. 

Completes the arc 
to close the relay 

to trigger the cascade 
of energy required 

to expose 
the emperors new clothes

new fashion statement, i suppose? 

Those musty robes 
others may bow down to, 

but I’ve seen more than enough 
of too much. 

Enough of the mind games 
to know when not to stay…

conserve energy
or stay to have fun 

and continue

Being somewhat selective

Sensitive to being rejected.

Protective of the emotions

Carried in the baggage of my word trains

Too proud to beg to be honored

with even a brief hello or goodbye

Why would i/should i bother

If I am not welcome here

Then i guess i‘ll digress

No longer ponder If there’s still life …here

And go way back over yonder

Stop by a bar, and buy myself a few brews

No longer to be plagued

with who’s who and what’s what…

And be done with the wordplay

As if i can’t get it up… and have had enough

In this atmosphere… no longer amused

We are all time travelers… 
Like the imprint of DNA

Made from pure energy, 
light and dark combined

Its signature of everyone 
who has ever lived

bore fruit produced a child 

by which we survivors
continue to thrive, 

if we cohabitate, communicate, 
copulate, repopulate 

and provide loving energy 
to another soul… 

can we imagine 
By proxy, to be worthy of life? 

For to live and choose 
to pay our dues. 

We have served and been served. 
In this miracle Called life.

we are given another try

Living in the kingdom mighty, strong... wise

wrenched from the Garden 

Taken... Beat but not beaten.

Bent to Hell... In so many ways

Yet still unbroken.

In freefall...

A gifted people gathered from afar

So many kingdoms ...lost in time.

Life cycles

brought to ruin all over the Earth.

Born

With so much love...

Then torn from loving mothers

Ragged flesh/open wounds.

Our dead bodies cast away, without tombs.

Naked as the Earth

where

We gathered since creation found us.

Stolen/chosen people,

beings who we are 

resilient... resistant to the demons

poisonous influence.

No matter how we were...

Digital

What allows us to project power

even from a small finger

gathering strength

from a small place in our minds...

A power born between us

magnified within us 

a silent strength

like a heartbeat

magnified and reverberating 

on a taut drum skin

a signal

cast into the skies

joined... even to the smallest

most seemingly insignificant particle 

in resonant echoes carried upon the wind

reverberations answering cries 

to a soul within... 

sharing power 

just enough to show

we are not helpless

powerless

or weak

just facing trials... 

being tested

shaped by fire

honed

tempered...

our means to extremes are not typical

even our dreams are pote...

Rainmaker

Somethings happening high in the clouds
whispers in the rushes below

birds seeking shelter from the telling winds
even they know... the time is nigh

lightning calling to the east
thunder rolling in from the west

sporadic flurries of rain hit hard
with dull thuds furrow the parched earth

hint that this is only a test

What is there in our own reflections

which allow us to... decide what's genuine?

what enables us to send the right vibes 

to another someone who might feel as we do...

which makes our rezedevous possible 

positive interactions and attractions

for making chemical reactions to prepare us

for the things we feel inclined to do

what gives us the skill and confidence

to light fires in someone elses eyes

decide to go further ahead,

determine if its wise 

or not...

still, if the fires hot 

we may still, lose control

is it permanence we seek? 

or are we just passing through

who knows, which way the wind blows

are we really running true or flying blind

or playing ...

Warrior way

To maintain the freedom

we fight

in a struggle to survive 

we mend fences between neighbors

each of us having a place

When united... we make space

for whatever our common will can defend

When we pretend the only way it will end

is in failure...

leaving ruin or raw materials

for someone else to build upon

As otherwise, nature does what it does

like waves crashing against the shores 

upon the sandcastles of our dreams

are naturally erased
