Dance is one of the best forms of exercise. There is shouting a form of praise dance I recall from my youth. Those mothers got down as the message came through.
I am dancing my way to Jesus. Inviting over some friends. I will get us some snacks and enjoy where we are at, when its Jesus we are living, we will Listen to music, while worshipping God. God knows your intent, stop stifling God, he is not the Author of confusion, we know whose got that job.
Be careful because others use Gods word to confuse, but only he knows what he meant, he made the true rules. There is nothing in the commandments that tells you not to dance, he just ask us to praise him and that I understand. Dance if you can. Praise him in dance
