Once young, black, and gifted
Now I’m old, masked, and restricted
This news is so bleak
That only pariahs and liars will speak
How much time is left?
How much time is right?
Even with all our power, money, and military might
We don’t even know how to fight this invisible plight
Technology may be your only salvation
Socially isolated, frustrated, and dying in this once most powerful nation
