Extending darkness …placed in pause...  

As the dawning star... emerges, from the depths... 

Dawn rising oblivious to this world below

After all being a star …is not for show or cause  

You and I in secret …make a wish

Not for the obvious wealth or fortunes made

…but for our hearts calling to one another

Calling to a power above …our world to save

Medicinal love…

A prayer to the merciful power

To bring a miracle or two or three

Shower our transgressions ...in loves echoes

That they may fade... into oblivion... 

Replace a future cast in darkness

With a blessing new

Strong enough that we may be

Better than we know …before we fall

Victims of our jealousy, pride and envy

Pray, set us free …that we may find your truth  

Beyond the passions of our youth

Chasing after ghosts we wish to see

Remove the barriers so we may return to Eden

Break down the walls …between us all
