Why won’t people wear a mask?
A stupid question we shouldn’t have to ask
During a pandemic
But, dammit, I’ve had my limit!
Half of Americans think a mask is just a gimmick!?
The fear and stigma of being sick
Leprosy, AIDS, or Coronavirus, which would you pick?
None, illness is hardly ever a choice
The afflicted are distanced and most lose their voice
No pity for the contagious...
Love and respect lost, family and friends no longer courageous
Cowards, human nature, self preservation
Sickness and health, lack money and health, less opinions more education!
People still dining out, running they mouth, and going on vacation?
The government should have benched us!
Instead, nobody led, now we need a new Census!
So many have died, both the POTUS and media lied
And some are still asking why
Do I need to wear a mask?
