Extended Stay
When it comes to hotels, we are given the option to “Extend our Stay” by doing a late checkout. That’s so nice of them (Smile). But truth be told, ask yourself, why do we need to “Extend our Stay?”
There are times in our lives where we have Extended our Stay, such as, in jobs, in hotels, in relationships, with friendships, in our mindset… The season was over, why was I still there? Exactly!
Whether the mission was a success or not, whether you accomplished the goal or fulfilled the purpose, when do you know it’s time to exit? How long do you stay where you are not happy and feel unappreciated?
I can recall a time where I Extended my Stay. I worked at this job for about 3 years (wayyy longer than I was supposed to). However, I was wrongfully terminated. But to me, that was God closing that door, because if it was up to me, I probably would have still been there.

The need and greed to be that obsessed displays someone who is possessed. The need to control it all, to want it all, to have it all… and for what?

Life without Him

Imagine - Being with a person and experiencing this.
The level of toxicity, love, sex and lies, pain, hurt, tears, abuse, disrespect, smiles, fusses, fights, disappointments, rejection, laughter, disgust, the broken tv’s, phones, Mac book, furniture, bruises, suicidal thoughts, black eyes, abortions, evictions, 911 calls, restraining orders, busted cars, flat tires, tracking devices, stalking, pull ups and pop ups, arrest, on sight fights, jail, warrants, court dates… when is enough enough?
Being friends with someone since teens and now in their late 20’s, to see your friend go through this over and over and over can take an emotional toll on you. As a friend, this can become draining on you because you have now leveled up, your career, your journ... |

Dear God,
Many are so in need of Your guidance and direction. In this day and time there is no real leadership, just dictatorship.
Amongst this chaos, confusion and need to control, people are scared, worried, tariffied and terrified. Guide their steps Father, please lead them in the way they should go. I understand that many have taken their eyes off of You Father and now they are lost and uncertain all because of this present dent. Forgive them Father for taking their eyes off of You. I pray they will return to You Father, seek You Father, focus on You Father and put their trust and faith in You and not in man.
With that being said, forgive me too Father for the times my attention was diverted and I too focused on this horrible present dent. I’m glad that I am back on track. I KNOW where my faith and trust lies, and that’s in You Father.

The “rich” are probably clueless to this saying, but the struggling people lived, know and understand the meaning of this statement.
“Robbing Peter to pay Paul” meant, taking from one end to make ends meet on another end. For example, taking some money from the light bill to put that money on the water bill.
Ssh, the way I see it, when it comes to this administration, it’s robbing Peter and Paul.

In case yall didn’t know, Coco played Aryna Sabalenka. After Coco won the match, there was controversy and backlash from statements made by Sabalenka during her post interview following the match.
Sabalenka said (and I quote), “During the past two weeks I played really tough matches and really incredible players…” Yet, she goes on to talk about Coco’s performance and said, “She won, not because she played incredible, just because I made all of those mistakes.”
So technically, what she was doing was down playing herself with that statement. Truth be told, that statement speaks volume and it says a lot, because if Coco didn’t have to play “incredible” to beat you, then that’s a plus on Coco’s behalf.

Let’s talk about these NFL owners from the human perspective.
For an entire group of owners and I say entire because ALL 32 teams and I mean every last one of them had an opportunity to pick Shedeur more than once and they didn’t. What I’m saying is, whether you needed a quarterback or not, you still had the opportunity.
Now you mean to tell me out of all the teams that needed a great quarterback, all chose to pick someone else other than Shedeur for 4 whole rounds, smh. To want to deliberately set up, plan and orchestrate a mission to try to embarrass, humiliate, degrade and demeanor this young man’s gift, his talent, his hard work and his character just to try to prove a point is some shady work. Hazing
This is in reference to fraternities and sororities who participate and initiates hazing.
Recently a young, black male was killed during a hazing incident while trying to become a member of a fraternity. This young man lost his life only because he wanted to be accepted and be a part of something. Something that was so meaningful to him, but something that was so unworthy and deserving of him.
Do you not know, hazing is form of cruelty?
Black men have been embarrassed and humiliated enough throughout their life.
They were beaten by their white slave masters for years back in the day and here we are, doing the white man a favor by still carrying on that tradition.
