There are so many times we come before God to ask 
for more, more, more.
More wisdom, more vision, more peace, more money
bless me with a husband, a wife, a job, a car, a house...
I didn’t mean to… get me out of this Lord, get me out of that
I won’t do it again, I’m sorry… and on and on and on
not fully understanding that our trials and tribulations
our heartbreaks and heartaches, our smiles and wows
our lessons fought and lessons taught
our gains and pains… are for a purpose.
Yes, our story is for His glory!

There are so many times we want more, but there are some who 
rarely ever take time to thank Him for what they already have.
God did not give us THIS day to complain about what we don’t have 
and what we can’t do. You can do ALL things through Christ who 
strengthens you! Positive results acquire positive thinking!

So Father, I personally come to You today to say,
before I ask for “More,” I will do more.

I will try more, communicate more, seek more
bless more, relax more, smile more, laugh more
encourage more, praise more, worship more
inspire more, trust more, respect more, uplift more
hug more, listen more, rest more, be patient more
give more, tithe more, dance more, work out more
read more, learn more, reach more, teach more, preach more
forgive more, rejoice more, pray more, love more… and then
I will be fully able and equipped to receive More, appreciate More, handle More and be blessed with “MORE.”
But until then… continue to mold me and guide me Father.
