I know somebody who has been working for a company for 20 years and is still just a manager, not District manager, not General manager, never been offered a position in the corporate upscale, high rise building and never met the CEO. And like you said, she still have to ask permission. She has to ask can she have her birthday off. Me (20 years and still stuck), I would have been bounced. Great Write!!! |
