of the End
for
Dreams,
arriving
fast forward
from the distant past

mighty winds
blow west to east,
under the full moons watchful eye,
the tides roll in
Hoist anchor,
set your mainsail
catch the wind
and sail on
into the horizon,
as you seek stars
in the heavens above
with falling stars,
come stardust dreams
bringing exciting new worlds
of adventure
spoken to the heart i
n heavenly scenes,
tales of love,
arrive sight unseen,
in our belief
the world we long to see
as we navigate
through life’s stormy seas
of uncertainty
Hold steadfast
to the faintest hope
of truth,
in our beliefs and love,
existing within us
as a tiny spark, a seed,
faith guides us well,
shared between
two willing hearts
born out of need
to trade fear
and buy a share of happiness
in this moment of eternity…
our last hope for bliss
Wherein
our light
and dark,
combine
and if compatible in belief,
Developing
through an affinity for another
Fall into a slow-motion ballet
of changing colors, shapes and tones,
a composition unique, though
shaped collectively
by forces which flow through
even our spiritual bones,
at it's best
we get ahead
go deliberately, willfully…
lest we be drawn in tow,
forcefully
as sand flows
through the hourglass
The need to recognize our truth,
grows dim
until time for us to go.
We’ve got to move on now,
for all too soon this hour
will pass
So, as we step through the portal
remembering, to act or not to act,
we chose our path,
for destiny waits no one
Although, we know this as truth,
where will it fall,
between me and you,
too soon tomorrows, uncertainty
will dissipate with the mists of time
Slipping swiftly back
into our rear horizons
And fade softly,
just as melting snow yields
to the coming of spring,
back into memories
of our distant past,
so swiftly on it goes…
its measure lost
Waves tossed in fleeting moments…
That unsupported, by action
Will not last
