LABORING ON…

Though long timed retired,

I’ve still not yet expired:-

I still timely teach and tutor;

flushing ignorance and

 unawareness, as if I was a

rotor router of carelessness.

What I do now,

is no longer a profession

but rather…it’s a blessed

thanksgiving compassion.

Fueled with divine wisdom

and guidance from above, I’m

spending waning days and nights

engaged in grateful labors of love.

Though I may remain the last hired

and the first considered to be fired,

in this love labor I’ll never ever be tired;

tirelessly laboring until the time I’ve died.
