Did you think I would not represent, I crossed oceans to get here. Not of free will but my will was free when I chose to be a poet. I knew this expression was a lesson of hope and perseverance from an African american poet.
That sound you hear is resilience in my words and actions. Im action, in motion and there is no stopping me or you for that matter. Im glad your here because I could not have done this alone.
